Montessori Programs in Princeton Junction

The preschool program at New Horizons Montessori is one of the oldest in the Princeton NJ area. The program focuses on the education and development of the whole child.

Our environment is geared towards learning academic skills, manners of grace and courtesy from the very young age of 18 months. From ages 1-1/2 to 6 years, all of our children enjoy the benefits of the Montessori Method.

Our pre-primary Montessori programs is comparable to traditional preschool or nursery school except that the Montessori approach is a holistic one. Our Princeton Junction, NJ, parents can rely on our school to offer a more wholesome educational alternative to daycare services.

The school offers the following programs/attendance hours:

  • Pre-Primary (18 months – 3 years )
  • Primary (3 years – 6 years)
  • Kindergarten (Full Day)
  • After School Enrichment program for Kindergarteners and First Graders who attend WW-P schools – Free Transportation is available
  • After School Program – (3:30 pm – 6:00 pm)
    These Programs are offered as:

  • Half Day (8:30 am – 12:30 pm)
  • Full Day (8:30 am – 3:30 pm)
  • Full Day Extended (7:30 am – 6:00 pm)

A $75.00 nonrefundable registration fee and application is regarded as a formal request
for consideration of your child as a student at New Horizons Montessori.

Tuition

Our school has a year round attendance program, however the school year which focuses on Montessori methodology starts in September and ends in June the following year.

In July and August we conduct the program as Summer Camp with lots of other fun-filled activities. Summer program is optional during which children may attend on a weekly basis, if they so desire.

A child’s tuition is collected in monthly installments for ease of payment. A registration fee of $75 along with a deposit payment of $600 is required with the application (Enrollment form) at the time of registration. The deposit payment is applied towards the child’s last month’s tuition fee.

Our tuition fees range between $800 and $1450 per month depending on the age of the child and the program / attendance and number of days per week chosen.

Tuition is prorated for children enrolling during the school year.
